Cynthia Cattern

Cynthia Cattern, CCAM®, PCAM® serves as Director of Community Relations at PowerStone Property Management. As a twenty-seven year industry veteran, she is currently responsible for managing a large master-planned community in Irvine and for training board members and staff.

Ms. Cattern is active with California Association of Community Managers (CACM) from which she received her Certified Community Association (CCAM®) designation in 1993. She authored one of their initial certification courses. In 2005 she was awarded their Vision Award for Creative Problem Solving.

Ms. Cattern served on numerous committees for Orange County’s United Way and currently is a member of their Women Looking Forward organization where she served as a mentor to a woman, helping her to achieve financial independence and self-sufficiency. She takes volunteerism seriously by participating in fundraising walks with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society where she served as a mentor to new members. She also serves on various fundraising boards. CACM awarded her their Community Achievement Award for her philanthropic efforts.
